Words Cannot Express the Joy

You’re probably reading this because like me at the time, what you are contemplating doing seems very risky. Well, I bought a diamond engagement ring from DBOF and am very pleased with their sterling service and words cannot express the joy my fiancée displayed when she opened the box.

My search for a diamond started near where I worked in London (UK). I had no idea of what diamonds were and how much they cost. I would spend lunchtimes visiting the famed ‘Hatton Garden’ shops but I was shocked to see how expensive diamonds were. I immediately found the C’s which fit my requirements and was amazed to see how much more affordable the jewels were than in the local shops. It just shows how profit orientated this industry is and how a little effort will pay off handsomely. Even at this point, I was still weary and began researching more about DBOF and found so many compliments about their service on chat sites such as diamondtalk.com. I dug up the courage and called DBOF to ask about a particular stone. Jan is the perfect diamond salesperson. She made me feel at ease straight away and her gemological knowledge is astounding. The best thing about it was that buying a diamond has an incredible personal experience and I felt that everytime I spoke to her, she shared that feeling. I did not feel pressured at all, and all my questions no matter how simple were answered very quickly. She also helped me in understanding about cut for the particular shape I was looking for and even helped me search for a stone which had these ‘ideal’ dimensions.

Another big worry for me was delivery of the ring. I needed the ring in seven days when I put the order in and somehow, it arrived earlier than I expected! Considering they had to get the diamond delivered to the shop, run the various tests, mount the stone, deliver it overseas and to do all this over the Easter weekend, I am more surprised how quickly it was all done and can only congratulate Jan and Brad on their sterling work (as well as FedEx who worked on Easter Sunday!)

In summary I have had a great experience buying my diamond ring from DBOF and I will not hesitate buying from them again. Thank you for all your effort Jan and Brad. I hope to speak to you all again soon.
