I started off by taking a trip to a well known “commercial” jewelry store chain. After staring at diamonds for about 30 minutes with this annoying sales lady giving me every line in the book, I still wasn’t happy with what I was seeing. My vision of the ring I was going to be giving my future wife didn’t look this simple and cloudy.

As I continued my search on the internet I stumbled upon a website called www.diamondtalk.com. As I read the posts on people’s experiences with purchasing diamonds I started to notice that DBOF was repeatedly recommended. After exploring their site for a few days I decided to call directly to ask some questions. After talking to Jan I felt like we were BOTH trying to decide what would be the best diamond to buy, not just trying to sell me something to get it off the shelf. She made the whole process so easy. After I selected the diamond that I had envisioned about all this time, I felt completely comfortable purchasing a ring I had never even seen before. When I received the ring I was absolutely amazed. You can tell Jan and Brad delivered a diamond that they would be proud of. They definitely have two life long customers.
