In my opinion, what sets DBofFL apart is the attention to customer service. Jan helped me find a beautiful princess with great fire, and a super platinum setting. She’s always good with keeping you informed via email, answering questions quickly. Since I needed the ring resized, it was great that they send the ring with a return box to send back via US govt insured registered mail. If the idea of buying a diamond online is a bit unsettling, just read the testimonials, and then give them a call or email.
