I finally found a setting I wanted by a designer DBOF sells, but they don’t make the setting any longer, and they never offered it in 18kt white gold. Jan called the designer personally and convinced them to custom make a setting from their existing molds, in the metal and finish I wanted. 8 weeks later, Jan called to ship the ring. It was overnighted USPS, registered and insured. Amazing ring, amazing service.
