Another Successful Transaction

We just finished another successful transaction with DBOF. We upgraded my diamond to a larger one. We received 100% credit for my original diamond and were able to upgrade to any amount that we wanted to. This was one of the many things we liked about DBOF initially. Most other companies require you to upgrade to double the original amount spent.

Once we let Jan know we wanted to upgrade, she immediately sent us info on several diamonds. We chose one and Jan sent us the diamond to view for a 7 day inspection period. This was nice because it gave us a chance to view the diamond in various lighting situations including sunlight, fluorescent light, candlelight, etc. Once we decided we wanted the diamond, we exchanged lots of e-mails discussing setting options. We had the diamond back within one week from the time we sent it to them for mounting. Brad always takes great care in setting the diamond perfectly in the mounting, which is another one of the many things we like about DBOF.

The price of the diamond was reasonable and the quality is always there. We like knowing they only offer great diamonds to start with. They personally inspect each and every one and only offer the cream of the crop. This is quite valuable since you can’t choose a diamond based on numbers. A well trained eye is one of your best resources.

We have found DBOF to be honest and offer really beautiful diamonds at a fair price.

The new diamond is an absolute stunner and is showcased beautifully in the elegant mounting.
