Thumbs up for Diamond Brokers of Florida

Recently, my wife and I dropped by DBOF while on vacation in Florida looking to replace her lost diamond engagement ring. Brad and Jan were extremely patient and spent the entire afternoon trying to piece together what we needed. At the end of the afternoon, we still wanted time to think about the purchase. Brad and Jan were perfectly cool about it and gave us all the information we needed in case we wanted to purchase it later.
Two months later we decided to go with the purchase. I knew there was going to be a delay from the time we paid for the goods until we actually received them since the rings were being custom made. Even after reading all the rave reviews about DBOF on this forum, I’ll admit I was a bit worried of how I’d be treated once they had my money. I was really impressed though…they came through with great service right to the end, always responding to my e-mails usually within the same (or the next) business day.
I’ve been absent from this forum for about three years now and it has changed quite a bit. Alot of good vendors no longer post, and there are alot less testimonials being posted compared to before…but I digress.
Jan and Brad, thanks a bunch for all your help and for the great service.
