Words can not describe my wonderful experience.

Words can not describe how wonderful an experience it was to work with you (Jan) and Brad to finally find the diamond I was looking for.      I have been looking for about 6 months for a real Royal Asscher Cut Diamond from Amsterdam.  (note that Royal Asschers are no longer on the primary market since 2005)  I search both in the US and overseas to try to find a Royal Asscher diamond around .75 carats.  I could only find a few Royal Asscher diamonds overseas and they were well over 1 carat. (Price was not the issue, but size was, considering my Girlfriend was petite in size.)    I was all but ready to give up and settle to buying a basic Asscher Diamond that was a copy cut of the Royal Asscher.  But even in then, my search could not find a diamond that was perfectly squared (ratio 1:1) and having the same shining brilliance as the Royal Asscher Diamond.      BUT with last minute look at Diamond Brokers of Florida web site, I found my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. With a simple phone call to Brad to ask about the .77 carat REAL Royal Asscher Diamond that DBOF had listed, I know my search had ended for the perfect engagement  diamond.      The longer I talked with Brad, the more I became at easy that I have not only found my diamond, but I also had found someone I could trust with my engagement ring creation.  Unfortunately, the time frame in which I need the ring was only 18 days. Brad made me feel like an old friend he had know for years, and insured me that ring would be finished before the deadline of Thanksgiving day hit.    After 10 days had passed, I e-mailed Brad to see how my engagement ring was going.  Jan replied back to my e-mail immediately with the answer “that the ring was almost ready to ship.” Before shipping the ring,, Jan sent some pictures of the ring.  After looking at the pictures, I had questions and one extra request for the ring.  Jan answered my questions quickly and without any hesitation, she could do the extras I asked with no problems.  Jan also insured me the ring would be ready by the time I needed it.   The ring arrived to me 4 days ahead of my schedule and LOOKS WONDERFUL, GREAT, AWESOME, AMAZING!!!!    Words could not describe the way the ring and the mounting of the Diamond came together.    Every time I open box and look at the ring, it leave me speechless… and if this creation by Brad and Jan leaves me speechless with my high standards,…. I know it will leave my future Fiancée breathless.   Many Thanks to Brad and Jan for their beautiful craftsmanship, but also for making me feel not as a customer,… but a old friend asking for a favor, that they happily completed beyond my greatest expectations.    Thank you Brad and Jan (Diamond Brokers of Florida)
