PREPAYMENT OF THE DIAMOND
Diamond Brokers will offer a 2% discount for prepayment of any
diamond by wire transfer or certified funds. We can offer this
discount because it doesn’t cost us an additonal 2% to process
your credit cards. Please inspect your diamond as quickly as possible
and don’t delay to contact us if it is not satisfactory. If for
any reason you should decide that you don’t want to keep the diamond,
within 7 days of receiving it, Your money will be refunded in
full less shipping costs.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
If you would like to purchase a diamond with your credit card,
(Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), contact Diamond
Brokers with your correct name on the credit card, credit card
number, expiration date, and billing address. Upon authorization
of funds, we will send the diamond to you and we will not charge
your credit card for 7 days. If for any reason you want to return
the diamond, contact Diamond Brokers within the 7 days and your
card will not be charged except for shipping and insurance charges.
FREE SHIPPING
Diamond Brokers is one of the few companies that doesn’t charge
shipping for diamond purchases. Shipping cost only applies to
diamonds that are returned. Your purchase will be sent to you
by Federal Express overnight or 2nd day. All sales are final after
the 7 day inspection period. However, Diamond Brokers is one of
the few companies that offers 100% credit for an upgrade if you
would like a larger or higher quality diamond.
NOTE 1: There are
shipping charges on stones that aren't purchased.
NOTE 2: Although
we do offer a Sarin analysis and Brilliancescope reading on the
diamonds we sell, we don't just get stones in to test. On these
margins we can't incur shipping charges just to look at stones.
We require credit card information, and you agree to pay the round
trip shipping if you decide not to purchase, even if you decide
not to have it shipped after any analysis prior to shipping.
RETURNS OF DIAMONDS
If for some reason you wish to return the diamond, please contact
us at our phone number or by e-mail and we will issue you a return
authorization number and shipping instructions.
